All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by our expert reviewers. Only selected papers will be presented during the conference and will have the opportunity to be published through one of the following publication pathways: Publication Pathways

1. Book of Abstracts

All accepted paper’s abstracts will be compiled and published in a Book of Abstracts.

2. ISSN Journal & Proceedings (Free Option)
For conference presenters who do not wish to publish in Scopus- or SINTA-indexed journals, we offer free publication in:

1. • A national journal with ISSN
   • A conference proceedings volume with ISSN

This option is suitable for those seeking a formal academic output without undergoing further indexing requirements.

3. National Journals (SINTA Accredited)
Selected papers may be submitted to our partner journals accredited by SINTA (levels 2–4). These journals are recognized by Indonesia’s Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education and follow strict peer-review standards.

4. Scopus-Indexed Journals (Q3/Q4) – Selective & Optional
The reviewer will have an Initial manuscript review tailored to the target journal’s focus and scope and for authors aiming to publish in Scopus-indexed journals, we provide publication assistance services in collaboration with KlinikJurnal (optional), which includes:

1. • Connecting authors with partner Scopus journals
   • Paraphrasing assistance
   • Formatting and technical compliance support
   • Guidance during submission and revision stages

Important:

1. 1. • Presentation at the conference does not guarantee publication in Scopus journals.
      • All manuscripts will undergo an independent peer-review process by the selected journal.
      • The final decision rests with the author and the journal editor, based on the quality and relevance of the article.

• ISSN Journal & Proceeding: Free of charge (included with conference registration)
