Invoice and Payments Instructions
- Authors will receive an invoice only after their manuscript has been accepted for presentation.
- The invoice and payment instructions will be sent via email along with the acceptance notification.
- Payments must be completed by the due date stated on the invoice to confirm participation.
Publication Opportunities and APC
- Each presented manuscript will have the opportunity to be considered for publication in our partner journals.
- The Article Processing Charge (APC) depends on the selected journal and is not included in the conference fee.
- Partner journals include:
- Scopus Q3-indexed journals
- Nationally accredited journals (SINTA 2, SINTA 3, SINTA 4)
